I use many different mediums, such as metal, clay, fiber, acrylics, watercolors, color pencils, silk dyes, and pastels. I believe that working in a single medium is restrictive to my artistic process. Each idea manifests in its own individual style.
Professional Life
I am a full time Art Teacher for the State of Ct. I also freelance as a working artist instructor for Wesleyan Potters and Guilford Art Center. I am a member of Ct Women Artists and The Society of North American Goldsmiths.

I enjoy gardening and spending time outdoors in my spare time and many of my pieces are directly influenced by these activities in nature. I love recreating plants and wildlife in my work.
